Installation View: HISK Exhibition Space, Brussels, BE, 2022

Originally conceived as a set for a video, the installation Loop now seems left as a dysfunctional system. The tunnels are reminiscent of ventilation shafts, that connect separate spaces in architecture – but also are a favourite trope in spy movies. The air ducts suggest a hidden labyrinth of routes, parallel to the visible architecture we inhabit and contain a promise of trespassing and escape. Shown at The Arrow Error, curated by Snooper: a show about broken stories: “There are errors in every story, in this show they repeat, give room for unexpected turns and may lead to new outcomes.” With Cecilia Bjartmar Hylta, Gwenan Davies, Mike Dippolito, Julie Falk, Nathan Gassaway, Irina Jasnowski Pascual, Minne Kersten, Pennie Key, Sam Lasko, Brianna Leatherbury, Jose Montealegre, Becket MWN, Marina Pinsky, Max Popov, David Sanchez Orta, Pedram Sazesh, Mindy Solis, Sarah Rosengarten, Sarah Rosengarten & Elise Duryee-Browner, Arian de Vette, Nolwenn Vuillier, Emiel Zeno
